About Us

Hemat Afghan Agricultural and Livestock Organization

Hemat Afghan Agricultural and Livestock Organization (HAALO) is a Humanitarian, non- governmental, Non-Political, and Non-Profitable Afghan National Organization. HAALO was established on 4th September 2012 from the Ministry of Economy under registration number 2711 by a group of young talented and professional Afghans in Kandahar province of Afghanistan.

Mission

HAALO’s mission is to facilitate the process of sustainable social development by mobilizing and building capacities through civic education, Trainings, seminars, advocacy and technical assistance. To share research, experiences and learning and use this to actively influence for positive change at all levels.

Vision

HAALO's envisions a stable, peaceful and democratic society where everybody is inspired to bring a positive change to their communities. HAALO considers Afghans education and health as other important objectives and concentrate on these sections and tries seriously to attract the donor’s attention to fund projects that serve Afghans education in different levels and also projects that improve the health and capacity building.
